SOCCER FIT is designed to increase your motor/fitness, explosive movements, speed & agility, technical touch and abilities for ALL PLAYERS of any position. Skills training, focusing on thousands of touches, specialized footwork, functional play, and distribution/finishing. Training sessions are open to all players, all positions, all genders. Experience true professional player development with former professional player/coach, Daryl Sattler and the EPIC Staff. Be SOCCER FIT!
Train with our professional and collegiate coaches in Private or small-group, one-hour sessions at the state-of-the-art EPIC INDOOR CENTER with Turf training surface and complete gym. We offer Speed & Agility, Strength/Conditioning, Goalkeeper specific training, Field player development, and Private packages for customized training programs. See our development options below.

Walk-ups $40.00 per session. Cash only on-site. Limited space. Not all will be accepted.

By applying E.P.I.C. learning principles: ELEVATE, PRIDE, INSIGHT and COMPETITION each player will improve in the 4 aspects of training: Technical, Tactical, Mental and Physical with coaching by our professional staff.
