Athlete Performance Program

EPIC FiT is built for athletes who want to get stronger, faster, and perform at a higher level—while also offering a full fitness experience for adults. Whether your child is training for soccer or you’re looking for a structured workout, our program delivers coach-led and self-guided sessions for ages 8–60+. 

Train your way—drop in anytime from 12pm–7pm to complete the daily Workout of the Day (WOD) at your own pace, or join a coach-led session during select times for guided training, proper technique, and maximum results.

Whether you prefer independence or expert coaching, EPIC FiT gives you the structure, support, and environment to get better every day.
Workout of the Day (WOD) focused on:
  • Strength & Conditioning
  • Speed & Agility
  • Explosive Power Development
  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Total Sports Performance Enhancement

CLASS SCHEDULE WITH A COACH:

  • Monday – Thursday: 12:00pm – 1:00pm (Lunch Break/ Homeschool Athletes)
  • Monday – Thursday: 5:30pm – 7:00pm (After School/Work)
  • Saturday: 10:00am – 11:00am
