ABOUT EPIC
EPIC provides professional soccer development for field players and goalkeepers of all levels. Our mission is to help players grow beyond their club or school training by focusing on technical mastery, confidence, and performance—in a positive, challenging, and professional environment.
Originally founded in 2017 as EPIC Goalkeeping by former professional goalkeeper and coach Daryl Sattler, EPIC began as a goalkeeper-specific training school and glove line. With a deep understanding of the specialized demands of the position, EPIC has developed goalkeepers who have gone on to sign professional contracts, earn collegiate scholarships, and receive national accolades such as Goalkeeper of the Year.
EPIC has also supported professional goalkeepers worldwide, including sponsorships in Germany, Sweden, France, Israel, Finland, Australia, and Argentina’s Gaby Garton, who played in the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup. In addition to training, EPIC actively supports community outreach through player sponsorships and program partnerships.
In 2021, EPIC expanded to serve both field players and goalkeepers, evolving into EPIC Soccer Academy. In 2024, we opened Jacksonville’s first INDOOR SOCCER-SPECIFIC FITNESS TRAINING CENTER, complete with a turf training field, full gym, and Pro Shop.
We now offers a wide range of programs, including:
